Public Consultation
1st July 2015.
The Freshwater Library Public Consultation period is due to start soon. The changes the council is proposing to make to Freshwater library service are subject to the outcomes from this mandatory Public Consultation process.
The details of this process have now been announced:
Friday 3rd July: advert in the County Press and posters in libraries, help centres and leisure centres.
Monday 6th July: consultation goes live for two months, followed by analysis of the data.
Tuesday 27th October: report to the Council Executive.
We urge you to respond to this consultation and make your views known to the council; we may yet be able to influence the decisions about the future of our library.
