The Write Place

2nd and 4th Monday of the month 10am – 12 noon

The Write Place writing group is run by local author Cheryl May. They meet at Freshwater Library on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.

They are an eclectic mix of writers who in late 2022, published their book. ‘The Write Place Collection of Stories Volume One’. In 2023 they will be working towards publishing their second book. At their fortnightly meetings they discuss their writing projects, participate in focused writing workshops and enjoy a dedicated writing time. The group is currently full and has a waiting list. The group is free, and tea and biscuits are provided!
