Volunteers – Latest news – 20th December 2015

The good news is that the training of volunteer librarians is now underway at library HQ in Newport (Lord Louis Library) and will be followed by on the job training in Freshwater library in the new year.

We already have a good solid base of volunteers on hand with plans for volunteer ‘get togethers’ to encourage team bonding and make it fun – but we are still looking to recruit more volunteers. If you are interested,  please don’t hesitate to contact us on the following link contact us if you’d like to help the library in Freshwater as a volunteer. We really do need your help and you’ll receieve full training.
